I have had a full, abundant and joyful life.

When I was 15 years old I became a follower of Jesus. I’ve been happily married to Sue, my high school sweetheart, for more than 40 years. We have two sons, now both married and working for Agape International Missions in Southeast Asia to rescue teenage girls from the horrors of the sex trafficking trade. With the boys grown and gone, Sue and I now proudly fosterparent two girls who are enjoying their tween adventure. Never a dull minute at our central Florida home.



I’ve always been an entrepreneur. In 1996, I started TeleCHOICE, a telecom agency emphasizing solutions-based data and communications services to business clients nationwide. TeleCHOICE then became one of the founding members of the telecom industry’s Agent Alliance an organization made up of the most successful consulting agencies formed to advocate for best industry practices. 

Along the way, I’ve helped launch numerous vibrant church start-ups, including the Rock of Roseville located in Roseville, CA and Mosaic Christian Church in Rocklin, CA. Both of these churches have enjoyed profound growth and influence in their communities.

In 2006, Sue and I relocated from Newcastle, CA to Orlando, FL to affiliate with Discovery Church — recognized as one of the top 50 churches in the U.S. 
While there, I worked as Discovery’s Work Life Pastor, founding and leading several initiatives to help Christians navigate their faith in the marketplace. Chief among those was Entrepreneur’s Roundtable, a community of Christian entrepreneurs who shared the mission of growing their businesses through dynamic Christian principles aimed at improving productivity, profitability and purpose. Other pioneering programs included Discovery at Work, Change Microfund, and Life Lessons Over Lunch, all of which help affirm and equip Christian workers to have an impactful, fulfilling life in the workplace. I am also active at Mosaic Community Church in Oakland, FL, where I’ve worked as a Strategic Contributor. 



The culmination of this career experience has allowed me to positively influence literally thousands of peak performers — people just like you — reach the next big thing in their lives. And I’ve discovered that this type of transformational coaching is my next calling in life.
